What kind of prints can I purchase from your web site?
Depending on the collection, you can purchase the following items:

1) Limited edition (77) high quality Giclee prints on 6 different types of special photo paper or canvas using archival EPSON inks, signed and numbered.

(a) You can purchase Limited Edition prints of artworks from my digital paintings collection, directly from the web site dedicated to the digital paintings - http://paintings.pixel7777.com. Every artwork is linked to a speacial order form. The payments are processed through PayPal.

(b) All images from the fine art photography collection can be ordered as Limited Editions as well.

2) Prints via an automated process by EZ Prints ( a company located in USA), which delivers high-quality Fuji Crystal archive prints straight to your door.

What is included in the price?
For both Limited Editions and Fuji Crystal archive prints the price includs insured shipping, but exclude framing or matting. The prices you see are the prices you pay! The prices for the artworks are listed in US dollars.

Print size
The print size refers to the size of the paper the digital painting or the photograph is printed on. The exact image size will vary, depending upon the dimensions and cropping of the particular image

What about orders processing?
All orders made from http:// www.pixel7777.com will be processed by PayPal secure server. PIXEL7777 never has direct access to your credit card number. You may pay for your order by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. For more information please have a look at the PayPal web site .

Shipping
I send the limited edition prints to all countries via DHL (Worldwide Express). The delivery time is usually within 10 working days to destinations within Western Europe and about 20 working days to destinations outside Europe. DHL has on-line tracking facility via their website. As soon as your print has left the Studio, I will email you to advise your airway bill number so that you can check the delivery progress of your art work on-line. If you have any preferences about the shipping, please let me know.

All EZ prints are shipped by EZ Prints company directly to you.

Packing
All prints are rolled and tubed in strong packaging to ensure that they reach your door in perfect condition.

ROAYLTY FREE (RF) OR RIGHTS MANAGED (RM)

All photographs and digital art are available for purchase as high resolution TIFF file.

The following licenses are available:

(1) Royalty free (RF) is a very broad-use license that does not require additional payments for additional uses. I grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use this image as: advertising, promotion; as part of a commercial website - max 800x600 px; prints, posters, postcards, flayers; magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications; video/broadcast.

(a) Royalty Free (RF) licenses are available for all images from except for the digital paintings. The ordering form will provide information whether the image is RF or RM.

The RF module allows image buyers to purchased and download high resolution files automatically, without my involvment. You will have the following information attached to the image:

- Original file dimensions - for example - 3264 x 2448 (px)

- Image size availabe for purchase:

Web (500 pixels) - USD$55.00

Medium (2500 pixels) - USD$250.00

The payments are processed through PayPal.

(2) Selling Rights-Managed Licenses with fotoQuote®

Rights Managed (RF) licenses are available for:

(a) all images from my collections, including the artworks from my digital paintings collection. The process is fully automated, regardless whether the image is RM or RF;

PIXEL7777 uses a system called fotoQuote® - a service for photographers. Before PhotoShelter, there was no way for an independent photographer, like me, to create a grid of pricing information for all the various Rights-Managed (RM) usages. For example, if a buyer inquired about using an image on a brochure, most photographers wouldn't know what constituted an appropriate price off the top of their head.

FotoQuote® is the industry-standard for rights-managed pricing survey data. By building fotoQuote® into PhotoShelter, I set up pricing profiles and have image buyers purchase my rights-managed images without any external intervention using the same type of pricing "calculator" found on photo agency sites. The rights-managed module also allows image buyers to negotiate with me online, and following the sale, will deliver the purchased images electronically to you. The whole process is fully automated.

For both RM and RF Pavel Gospodinov maintains the rights on the image and therefore acceptable use of the licensed image is required. Title and copyrights remain with Pavel Gospodinov and pixel7777.

Pavel Gospodinov is not liable for anything resulting from your use of the photo.
